Профессия «риэлтор»: как прошел ежегодный Форум по недвижимости в Самаре
В конце года Поволжская Гильдия Риэлторов проводит межрегиональный Форум по недвижимости – мероприятие, традиционно объединяющее специалистов по недвижимости, работников банковского сектора, специалистов по оценке и страхованию, а также консалтеров, брокеров и всех, для кого недвижимость – профессия.
Открывая Форум по недвижимости 6 декабря, президент Поволжской Гильдии Риэлторов Юлия Овечкина отметила, что участники мероприятия собрались в очень знаковый момент. Именно 6 декабря официально вступил в силу профессиональный стандарт «Специалист по операциям с недвижимостью». Законодательно стандарт утвердили Приказом Министерства труда и социальной защиты РФ.
Это значит, что на официальном государственном уровне систематизированы и сформулированы знания, навыки и компетенции специалистов, работающих с недвижимостью: минимальный набор требований, которым должен соответствовать профессиональный риэлтор. Значит, закончилась длительная эпоха, когда в России попросту не было профессии риэлтор на законодательном уровне.
«Приятно отметить, что именно Российская Гильдия Риэлторов стала инициатором введения профессионального стандарта. Официальный документ, принятый на государственном уровне, был разработан по заказу РГР Торгово-промышленной палате РФ. А значит, новый этап развития ознаменует старт более плотной и продуктивной работы членов РГР с представителями ТПП».
В Самарской области это взаимодействие уже началось. Президент Торгово-промышленной палаты Самарской области Валерий Фомичев подчеркнул, что теперь у профессионального риэлторского сообщества вместе с региональной ТПП появилась возможность формировать совместные законодательные инициативы. «Будем дружить «домами», - пообещал президент ТПП.
«Вступление Поволжской Гильдии Риэлторов в Торгово-промышленную палату дает возможность продуктивной совместной работы в будущем году, - согласилась Юлия Овечкина. – Это и создание центров оценки квалификации для специалистов по операциям с недвижимостью, и создание методик обучения. Нам предстоит сделать многое, чтобы профессия зашла на рынок и благоприятно отразилась на имидже нашей профессии в целом».
Программа двухдневного мероприятия оказалась очень насыщенной и интересной для специалистов разного уровня. Отдельные секции организаторы посвятили коммерческой недвижимости и редевелопменту, риэлторским технологиям и методикам увеличения продаж, жилищным сертификатам и программам субсидирования покупки недвижимости, а также оспариванию кадастровой стоимости и другим правовым аспектам сделок с недвижимостью. Было много полезной информации и практики, которую отрабатывали сразу на месте. Участники не только посещали выступления мастер-классы, но и приняли участие в бизнес-игре, познакомились с кейсами реальных сделок недвижимостью и на протяжении работы всего Форума активно общались с коллегами и представителями смежных профессий.
