Forum 100+ стартовал в Екатеринбурге
В Екатеринбурге 5 октября начал свою работу III Международный форум высотного и уникального строительства 100+ Forum Russia. К моменту открытия одного из главных российских «высотных» мероприятий, на официальном сайте форума было зарегистрировано около 4 тысяч делегатов, посетителей, представителей СМИ и гостей. В торжественном открытии форума приняли участие губернатор Свердловской области Евгений Куйвашев. «Уральская столица является одним из самых высотных в стране мегаполисов и входит в первую сотню «высоких» городов мира, а в России, по общему количеству высотных зданий, мы занимаем второе место после Москвы. Мы рассматриваем площадку форума как отличную возможность вывести региональное строительство на новый качественный уровень. Уверен, что работа форума позволит российским и зарубежным специалистам обменяться опытом, наладить партнерские отношения и выработать совершенно новые подходы к строительству», – отметил в своем приветственном слове губернатор.
В этот же день состоялось пленарное заседание, спикерами и экспертами которого стали: Сергей Швиндт, заместитель председателя правительства Свердловской области, Аркадий Чернецкий, заместитель председателя комитета Совета Федерации по федеральному устройству и региональной политике, Алексей Кожемяко, заместитель главы администрации Екатеринбурга, Александр Кузьмин, президент Российской академии архитектуры и строительных наук, Анатолий Баранников, заместитель министра строительства Самарской области, Карлос Гомес, основатель CRG Architecture, Виктор Прядеин, руководитель аппарата ассоциации «национальное объединение строителей» и Александр Зачитайлов, директор департамента архитектуры и градостроительства Сочи.
Тема заседания была обозначена как «Строительство высотных и уникальных сооружений: актуальные вопросы и потенциал развития России». Аркадий Чернецкий отметил, что процессу строительства высотных зданий пока мешает отсутствие необходимых документов и регламента: «Технические вопросы отдаются на откуп чиновникам, а те боятся, когда приходит документ на согласование, пытаются уйти от однозначных ответов, в результате решение принимается не за месяц, а за год». По словам сенатора, реализация дорожной карты, намеченная на 2016 год, существенно улучшит предпринимательский климат в сфере высотного и уникального строительства.
Кроме того, в рамках 100+ Forum Russia состоялось заседание Минстроя России. Александр Степанов, заместитель директора Департамента градостроительной деятельности и архитектуры Минстроя России, в своем выступлении отметил отличную организацию форума и его важность для страны и отрасли в целом. Проведение такого мероприятия именно в Екатеринбурге – свидетельство высокого уровня развития современных технологий в регионе, добавил он.
События форума проходили одновременно в семи залах и вызвали большой интерес публики. Многие сессии не смогли вместить всех желающих. Так, сессия «Тенденции развития современных урбанизированных территорий и городов» с участием Андрея Бокова, президента Союза архитекторов России, Ильи Заливухина, вице-президента Союза Московских Архитекторов, члена Общественной Палаты Московской области, заместителя председателя Общественного совета Министерства строительства Московской области, Святослава Мурунова, руководителя Центра прикладной урбанистики, Михаила Блинкина, директора Института экономики транспорта и транспортной политики НИУ ВШЭ, и других, собрала не только рекордное количество слушателей, но и стала пространством для профессиональных дискуссий.
Большой интерес вызвала объектная сессия «Премьера от PREMIER», в ходе который Джереми Ким, партнер архитектурного бюро Foster+Partners рассказал про технологии проектирования здания штаб-квартиры «Русской медной компании» в Екатеринбурге – первого в России здания, которое строится по проекту архитектурного бюро знаменитого британца Нормана Фостера.
Одной из центральных сессий первого дня форума стала конференция ФАУ «Главгосэкспертиза России». Основные вопросы конференции: государственная экспертиза проектной документации объектов высотного строительства, осуществление государственной экспертизы в электронной форме и, в особенности – взаимодействие с заявителями – вызвали большой интерес у участников форума, которые смогли получить практические советы по подаче проектной и разрешительной документации от главных экспертов страны в этих вопросах. Александр Красавин, начальник Управления промышленной, ядерной, радиационной, пожарной безопасности и ГОЧС «Главгосэкспертиза России» поприветствовал участников форума, отметив важность подобных мероприятий для отрасли в целом: «сегодняшнее мероприятие можно назвать историческим, особенно применительно к высоткам» – сказал он.
Большое количество слушателей собрал также круглый стол, посвященный применению стальных конструкций в уникальных объектах. Он прошел при содействии Ассоциация Развития Стального Строительства и был посвящен техническим решениям и нормативной базе в этой области.
Параллельно в залах «Екатеринбург-ЭКСПО» прошли специализированные мероприятия, на которых спикеры обсудили инновационные технологии и конструктивные особенности высотных и уникальных зданий, подземных сооружений и мостов, развитие нормативно-технического регулирования отрасли, а также услышали опыт зарубежных экспертов-практиков в применении современных технологий при проектировании уникальных объектов, в том числе, из экологичных «зеленых» материалов.
